Our Story
Nikki split her childhood between Hungary, where she spent summers, and the US, where she went to school. The taste and texture of Túró defined her memories of hungary – thick, creamy dairy that was a staple in every kitchen and an ingredient in traditional recipes.
She couldn't find anything like Túró on american shelves. Greek yogurt was too tangy and not quite thick enough. american Cottage cheese had far too many chunks.
Etelka cottage cream was born to bring the taste & texture of europe to the us. we hope you love it as much as we do.
